Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under it. Provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us promptly.

• Eligibility: You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• Security: Do not share passwords or access tokens; use unique, strong credentials.
• Accuracy: Keep billing and contact information current so we can provide access and support.

License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access course materials for your own learning. This license does not grant ownership of any content, trademarks, or intellectual property.

• Course videos, PDFs, templates, and session recordings are licensed to you for personal study.
• You may not copy, distribute, publicly post, stream, or otherwise share materials outside your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, including misuse or unauthorized sharing.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely. Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 20% of the course is completed. Completion is measured by platform progress tracking and/or content access logs.

Refund eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
• Refunds may be denied if 20% or more of course content is completed/consumed.
• Where applicable, taxes and payment processor fees may be non-refundable as required by law or processor policy.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate access suspension while the dispute is investigated. We encourage you to contact us so we can resolve issues quickly.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform responsibly and lawfully. The following rules help protect the learning experience and system integrity:

• Do not share course materials publicly or resell access.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls.
• Do not engage in activities that disrupt platform stability, availability, or performance.
• Respect community guidelines in discussions, comments, and any live sessions.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content (including malware or phishing links).
